Maintenance
- Different systems have different maintenance requirements. What is important is that you understand your warranty and all of the obligations associated with it before you purchase a roofing system.
- Most manufacturers' warranties require regular inspection and maintenance or they are voided.
- Regular inspections coupled with proactive responses to all problems will extend the life of roof systems up to 10 years or more beyond their normal life expectancy.
